A question is an open doorway. Begin with curiosity, then decide where to look.
What do I mean by consciousness or Source?
Where did this ancient story or modern claim originate?
How do rhythm, movement and attention connect?
Which beliefs, words or expectations did I inherit?
What do I need during grief, change or uncertainty?
Ask → identify assumptions → trace origins → examine evidence → compare perspectives → identify unknowns → reflect and innerstand.
Write the question in one sentence. Add what you already know, what you are assuming and which source would help. After reading, record what changed and what remains open.
