Choose a small practice that fits what you need today. Experience first; reflect afterward.
For stillness: sit comfortably and notice your natural breathing for a minute. Keep your eyes open if that feels better.
For expression: move to one piece of music, seated or standing, within a comfortable range.
For self-inquiry: write one question, then separate what you know from what you assume.
For connection: ask someone whether they would like conversation, practical help or quiet company.
For digital silence: take a short pause from screens and notice your surroundings.
For rest: give yourself permission to stop and reassess what is needed.
Nature, water, sound, creativity, writing, personal ritual and community can each be part of a reflective life. Crystals and spiritual objects belong to spiritual or personal practice; we do not present them as established medical treatment.

What changed during the practice? What stayed the same? Would I choose it again, adapt it or try something else?
